FROM:       NOMINATING COMMITTEE, ARCADE CREDIT UNION

 

The term of office for the members (3-year term) of the Board of Directors will end October 16, 2024.  The board members are William Brown, Tami Houston, and Karen Kelly. Nominations will be accepted from members to fill these positions until the close of business on Sept 16, 2024. 

 

The procedures for making nominations are as follows:

1. You must be a credit union member in order to make a nomination.

2. If you know a member that you would like to see working on the Board of Directors, get their permission before nominating them.

3. Place your nomination with your name and account number in an envelope addressed to “Chairman, Nominating Committee” and turn it in at the credit union office.

4. REMEMBER, all nominations must be in by close of business on September 16, 2024.

5. Attend the Annual Meeting.

 

There will be no further nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
